This can mean being in the front of the store, being on a "Hot New Release Table" Featured on the "New Books" in the genre section, having a display on the endcap (shelves at either end of a bookshelf) or even whether your book will be stocked with the spine or cover showing. First you, or your publisher, can't buy their way onto the KDD.
